NOISY ARROWS in flight???

I shoot the hellrazors too, and I have noticed that they fly a little louder than my field points.... They also hit 2" lower at 35 yds with my bow.

1 of my 7 practice arrows is loud--but then one vane has a 1/4" split in the back end which flutters going down range--and anytime I hear anything out of the ordinary I check field tips tight, and all vanes glued down and no splits/tears.
