If you own an Assassin, have you purchased a new stabilizer? I don't have any problems with my shooting. But I was wondering if I purchased another if I would notice any changes? Or is it one of those, If it ain't broke, don't fix it type of deals?

I bought another stabilzer (TruGlo Deadenator) for the bow. I couldn't really tell any difference in performance. I just didn't like the look of the original. I have a Black Assassin

I too have a blacked out assassin and still have the stock stab. I'm gonna get a black/red octane just cuz it looks cool and will match the colors

How about using a little bit of flat black spray paint? Cheaper than a new stabilizer

The stock stabilizer is already black on the blacked out assassin. He could spray paint it red to match the strings.

I bought a heavier stabilizer and it helped a lot for me

I have the Blk/Red octane 7" version, it helped balance out the bow for me...cant tell much diff on the shot!

and it looks awesome!

Yeah its already black, but I don't want it all red though. Thanks hookem for the input on the octane, I'll def be Gettin one soon.

The ones they send with the RAK package are junk. Buy an aftermarket and you will notice less hand shock.

Correct me if I'm wrong but their filled with sand right? I can take it off and shake it around and hear it. Kinda makes a hollow sound at the shot, not loud but I def think it'll be better with another stab.
