        Arzona EZ Fletch Mini.
        Norway Zip Strip
Furniture stripper to remove all glue.
        Acetone to clean
Denatured alcohol to remove residue from acetone.
        Blazer vanes
        Loctite gel super glue
I don't like the super glue for fletching in the shop, but for doing it at home, it is great.
Wipe shaft and vane base with denatured alcohol before applying glue.

As far as fletching jigs go, there are several to choose from. Of you want quick efficient fletching, the Arizona EZFletch is tough to beat. They apply all three vanes at once. I just fletched a half dozen shafts in about 15 minutes, while watching the Philly-Atlanta game. I have 3; one Mini, and two carbon arrow jigs. The Jo Jan jigs are also a great product, and a little more flexible, but a little slower. Same thing for the Bitzenburger jigs. For me, a typical hunter archer, the EZFletch is a good deal. I fletch less than 75 arrows a year, all for hunting. If I were to get serious about target shooting, I would probably invest in a Jo Jan or Bitzenburger setup.
