    proper arrow spine

    ok i need some help. i have abowtech destroyer set at 70lbs and 28 in draw. im shooting east st epic arrow. what spine do yall think is best. ive heard 400 is too light and i need 340. this sound right to yall

    Yes, you will have better results with the .340 spine.

          I am shooting your identical setup except with beman shafts and my pro shop suggested 340"s so thats what I went with.

            Yep just went to 340's myself (74 lbs @ 28in). My groups are better, and BH flight is better as well...

              340's out of my Z7 at 68lbs 28''dl (just lowered my weight to about 66lbs and the 340s
              still shoot sweetly with a 100gr fp or bh...

                Maybe even stiffer. Hard to be overspined with that rig.
