    Charging multiple 12v batteries

Ive got a bunch of 12v batteries that I use to power my feeder lights and several Stealthcam game cameras. All of these items add up to alot of charging. So I was wondering if there was any way to rig up a multi-battery charger for these things. I have a charger that plugs into the wall and can be switched from 12v to 6v that I use for both camera batteries (12v tab top) and feeder batteries (6v spring top). Would it hurt anything to tap into this with several leads and charge a couple of extra batteries at once?

What are some other ways I can charge multiple batteries with one charger?

DO NOT TAKE THIS AS ADVICE, I DON'T KNOW FOR SURE, BUT:

I would think you could do it by wiring the batteries together in parallel....so you still have 12V. Ie, wire them positive to positive to positive and negative to negative to negative, from one battery to the next, then just plug in to the first battery. Just a thought, may not work, and would probably take longer to charge them all at once than it would to do just one even if it did work. Hopefully someone will chime in here that knows, electricians maybe?

You can pick up a 3 bank charger for around $180 is the cheapest I have found so far. Will charge 3 at one time.

They have a 5 bank as well but they are alot more pricey

this will work but the battery in the worse shape will bring the rest of the team down. Its best to make sure all the batterys are around the same age and condition. Use a low amp setting like 2-5 amps for about 24hrs.
