    Which makes more difference? Poundage/DL

I was just wondering which makes more of a difference for speed and kinetinc energy. For instance a 27"DL on a 70# bow or a 29"DL on a 60# bow. Now obviously a 29" 70# is gonna be faster and have more kinetic energy. Just wondering if adding to the poundage or DL would make a bigger difference. This is assuming the same brand bow and arrow weight.

now speaking philosophically......... draw weight. the reasoning being your arms aren't going to stretch but you can always pull more if you're willing to do the work.
