Trophy Ridge Drop Zone rest noise.

I think my rest is making a buzzing noise on release. I saw a post about how to fix this a while back but forgot what the fix is. Could anybody help?

And, my QAD does it as well. I think it is the spring inside, but am not ready to take it apart to see.

Take it apart.
There will be two springs on guide rods that after being compressed numerous times become weak.
Stretch these springs out slightly, lube all, and reassemble and retime.
If the launcher arm wiggles excessively,(which might also cause noise), get a new launcher arm, or new rest.

Trophy ridge used to sell a little kit that was supposed to silence the dropzone. New springs or something. It's been several years but I fixed it with small pieces of limbsavers under the springs. Used to be a real popular topic on TBH back in 2004 or so.
