Bohning makes a great quiver for a reasonable price.

alpine sof-lok 5 arrow works great for me. Easy on/off and quiet

I wish I could make that...and yes if the boy was quiet I would have him hunt with me and hand me the arrows...

I spot and stalk and blind hunt and have used a hip quiver for as long as I can remember and have never had any problems with it being in the way or loosing arrows. I can only remember loosing 1 arrow out of the quiver in CO one year on an elk hunt. The quiver I use is made by EW Bateman here in TX and it is an 8 arrow quiver.

I started shootin with mine ON the bow about 3 years ago and won't be going back anytime soon. If you want to shoot with it on a 2 piece (IMHO) is the only way to go.

Had an Octane and liked all the functions, but price was high and it weight a metric TON!

For a "take off" I used a bohning Lynx4 and really liked it, far more than the Kwikee

Now shooting the same one as Destry mentioned, 2 piece made by Trophy Ridge. Well built, fairly light, and reasonably priced for a quality product.

Thx for the input. I really appreciate it. I think I'll go with the Trophy Ridge.
