I'm looking into new arrows for my bow. I shoot a z7 60# 27.5" DL. Accordion to carbon express I should be shooting the 250 instead of the 350. My question is will the straightness tolerance make a difference or just preference. The gold tips I shoot now are a +- .0001" and the mayhem are +-.0035". Any thoughts? I wanted the blue streaks but I saw the price and changed my mind.

Man im almost in the same boat as you. Have a z7 all black 27.5 draw 60-70 but I set mine on 64. I think 62-64 is perfect once you go 66 or above you need the next higher spine arrow. Now I show carbon express last year. This year I changed to acc s superlites 3-49 and cut to 28 but will cut a 1/2 -3/4 shorter next time. W/blazers. 100 grain tip. But for value money. I have been reading and asking and looking and I think , Axis 400 spine, (aprox $125 dz), if money is an issue Easton epics , I have them too 400 spine.. I think Easton makes the best spine. The next choice would be gold tip pro hunters . Call or email me if you have any questions. Go Easton .if got money acc . If not get axis. Blazer w/ 1 - 1 1/2 offset. 817/903-4686.
