    Newbie question.

I'm looking for my first bow. I found what looks to be a good deal on a used Hoyt Vectrix model that's left handed. Only issue is it's a 29" draw and I was measured at 30".

Is this a deal killer since this bow is non-adjustable? It's hard to find good used bows that are left handed, so I thought I might jump on this. Should I hold out?

    Hold out.
It took me several months to find my first, used bow at a price I could afford. But getting the wrong draw will frustrate you, develop bad habits, or ruin the archery experience.

it's always better to be shorter in the draw length in a bow than too long (this is what's been said at proshops and probably written somewhere)...good luck...I'd hold out for a perfect fit, waaaayyyyy too many bows for sale out there to just settle...

I would recommmend getting your first bow at a pro shop. They will set up the bow to fit you. With all the different price ranges on bows, find one that fits your budget.
