Shotgun Scopes

I am wanting to get a good shotgun scope for my shotgun of course. I hunt whitetail in Illinois every year and that is what we have to use. Anyone got any suggestions. Don't know if I should go with a red dot or just one with crosshairs. I am wanting one that is good quaility but wont break me.

I have two of the Bushnell Trophy slug scopes on my turkey shotguns for the last 9 years without problem. You can get them for around $100 - $110. Work well for me!
