bow advise!!

im selling my two older bows and plan on getting a new one. i need some advice on which bow to go with? im looking for a bare bow and only looking to spend about 500 since im a poor white boy. anyone have any ideas? thanks

martin bengal or cheetah. Check craigslist. Great deals to be had there unless you want the newest coolest on the market. Doesn't really matter what you buy. Shoot several in your price range and let the bow sell itself to you. There is more to life than bowtech,hoyt,matthews and pse. No doubt they're good bows,but overrated IMO and your paying more for the advertising and a name than performance and quality. I'm sure the hate mail will start,but I've shot plenty of bows and the "unknowns" are just a good as the hot shot bows. Do your part and no matter what you buy, you will kill critters. Same w broadheads and arrows. I don't recommend anyone dropping 1K+ on a bow unless you want bragging rights. In that case,more power to em. It keeps the prices down on the bows I like to shoot.

What are the pros and cons of the bowtech assassin? I heard it could be a pain to paper tune. Like you said hookem it doesn't come bare but I have found a few that people have taken everything off and are just selling the bow And it comes in black!

I just picked my Black Ops up yesterday, I cant comment on the Pro's and Con's yet, I just have not shot it enough to really "know the bow".

It sure is fast though!

Okay so diamond is making a bow like the assassin its called the outlaw but it is a solo cam and is only 3ft per second slower anyone heard of it or shot it?
