T5 Quiver

Does anyone else have one of these but not leave the mount on the bow? I took mine off yesterday and realized just how heavy that darn thing is. Bow feels much more comfortable with it off

I am with you brother! I took mine off and weighed it and nearly fell on the floor. I carry it now. Bow feels great without it.

I did noticed that the quiver isnt that bad, but man that mount is crazy.

Combined, the quiver, mount and hardware weighs in at 9.3 ounces. The mount and hardware account for almost 45% of that. The quiver is great, it's just the mount and the "tractor" bolts that could use a diet.

wonder if there is a way to lighten up the hardware?

I think part of the problem is the pressure the loop has to put on the quiver to keep it stable requires hardware of heft.

ive never learned to shoot my z7 with it on to begin with...always hang it on a limb next to me or something...

yeah i started out shooting mine with it on and after i took it off it makes a world of difference

im considering taking my mount off, it is a heavy hunk of metal for sure!

If someone can find a lightweight alternative for hardware please let me know, i wanna make the switch!
