I'm trying to fix up an old mid-90's Martin Prowler. I bought an Octane Hostage arrow rest, only to realize I cannot figure out how to install it. I have looked the bow up and down, but there is no berger hole to install the rest mount. Anybody have any idea what to do in this situation?

Since the begining there has always been a hole. I do think about that time the overdraws were popular and some company might have had a smaller hole for mounting their od on the riser. I would not drill a hole in the riser, it is magnusium and when they broke it was right there. If you drill a hole it will weaken the weakest part. IMHO

It appears I have found the issue. I do have a place on the bow to mount an arrow rest, but it is the Martin Tru-Lock system, rather than a berger screw hole. It appears that I will need to get a slide slot nut that I can then screw the mounting bracet on to.
Great.
Thanks for the input guys.
