How do I measure draw length and once I get that how do i get the measurment for arrows. Sorry for the newbie question guys

if you are a right handed shooter take your left hand and make a fist. Put your fist up against a wall and get in your bow shooting form and get a measuring tape and measure from the wall to the corner of your mouth. that should be pretty accurate

Measure her wingspan. Arms outstretched in a natural position, and then divide that number by 2.5. That will get you a lot closer than other ways.

x4. Don't forget to drop a half inch off of that once you have done the math, for a string loop if she is going to shoot with a release.

That only gets you close at best! Most will shoot with the results, but depending on your anchor that can change and the measurement you get does not take this into the formula. I use the closed fist against the wall with the body straight and shoulder toward wall, just like your form when shooting. Then measure from wall to corner of mouth.
