    Hog Light Offset Mount Wanted

Ok Hog Light guys. I am looking for an offset bracket that will allow you to screw in your stabilizer but have an offset so bow light sits above stabilizer. Ive seen this somewhere. Someone help me remember where! And Im not talking about the nighthunter that goes above the sight. Just looking for an offset bracket so you can have light AND stabilizer.

Check out Elusive Wildlife, they've got some pretty cool bow lights

I did mine with 3/8x1/8 steel flat stock. More rigid, less bulk than the other materials I found. Got it at Lowes for $1.67 for a 2ft chunk. Only downsides is you have to drill your own holes. No biggie.

Yes that is what Im looking for. Guess I'll have to make one.

Seems like you could just hold in place WITH your stabilizer in stead of a nut and bolt?

I ran into this fella at the last Dallas gun show making a rail for the bow, he had a prototype offset rail that he showed me.

                    Hit them up and see.

I cheaped out, and used 2 - ¾" Minerallac straps (for electrical conduit) bolted together with a rubber washer in between to keep them from spinning to hold my Surefire light to my stabilizer.

I need to order a remote switch so I don't have to twist the cap to turn it on.

It works pretty well in the back yard, once I have the switch in, I'll test it on a hunt out in the field.

No, that's a Streamlight TLR-2 tac light that has a quick detachable rail grip. You can use any scope ring that fits on a standard weaver base.

No problems at all with the light being in the line of sight. I leave the bracket on all year, and can attach the light in a second with out tools.

That light also works great on the end of my 45/70.
