Anyone else excited about the new bowtech

coming out thursday? I still like the destroyer but it should be interesting to see if bowtech can 1-up the crowd again.

I am. Shot Hoyt the last 2 years then a Z7 this year. The Destroyer was a great bow this year. The Assassin is a real quality mid-priced bow...I expect good things. Just hope it's not a letdown!

Saw the new Bowtech yesterday. its an 80# bow that is light, quiet and has a slightly shorter ata when compared to the destroyer. limbs are not as paralell. It will sell but i dont think it will out sell the destroyer.

I've had the "new-bow fever" for a couple of months but there is NO WAY I am buying anything without trying the BT flagship!

I was not happy with the short AtoA on the Invasion...under 32"! I pretty much makes this a hunting bow only, as target and 3D guys will stay away.

its very comparable to a 340's performace. However, I would like to know what it does on a chrono w/ 80lbs...

This is why Bowtech also built a long A2A bow with the Overdrive Binary cams called the Specialist.

You must have gotten a different bow than most I have talked with. The bow I shot along with others, was a rattle trap. The draw was very harsh, and loaded up very fast, but another hump on the end! YUK!!! Some fanboys will buy but not because it is smooth! The bow I shot was a 60lb but felt like 80#.
