Read a lot of reviews about it and it seems that most people like it.

Yeah you are always going to get people that dont like them or have received defected ones. It happens when you sell alot of cameras. I have had $300 cuddebacks, and $350 spy point's just stop working on me for no reason. It is not so much the price that matters. You will have defects with all brands.

I agree seems like someone has somethine bad to say about every product that is on the market these days.

Hope your D55IR works better than the 2 I bought this year. Last years IR moultrie cam works great. I burned through 2 of the D55IR's this year and will think hard before buying another Moultrie.
