You could have to change arrows. It depends on some other factors, besides the length of the arrow. What is the DW and Dl of the bow? Is 30" the total arrow shaft length? A 340 arrow might be SPINED correctly, and you could probably cut some length off the arrow to keep it correct, but not enough information to answer the original question.
I believe the best way to check arrow spine is to compare where your fletched arrows and an unfletched arrow hit in relationship to each other at 20 yards with a FIELD POINT. You could kill somebody with a broadhead if the spine if off and it 'takes off'. If all your arrows are fletched, strip one down and then re-fletch it afterwards. The procedure is in the Easton Tuning Guide, seach the campfire on TBH, I uploaded it to make it easy to find.
I changed from 100gr to 125 gr several years ago and my groupings really tighten up, shoot with 125 and see how it works for you , then decide if you need new arrows
According to the Easton guide, you should be shooting .300 spine with the 125 gr points. I would agree to shoot and see since this is just a guide. Someone with TAP or OT-2 could give you more information.

I shoot fixed blade and was using the Thunderheads so I am going to stay with NAP and go with the Hell Razor. This is a cut on contact versus the crushing type point.
125 grn head will give you a better FOC (front of center) balance on a 30 inch arrow. Giving you better recovery and better groups. As mentioned above, the Easton site has a PDF of the TUning guide and will explain tuning and FOC. its a good read.
