You will need draw weight to get the correctly spined arrows. Go to a pro shop or a Bass Pro/Cabelas/Gander Mountain and ask them to check it for you.

All the other stuff is personal preference and will yield you 10 different answers from 10 different people depending on what they are currently using...

mine is a 30" DL the Synergy runs a 1/2 inch long so mine is set in the #2 mod setting.
Maxxima 250's cut at 29 1/4" shoot bullet holes out of it(100 grain tip). they shoot best just under 60lbs setting so if your getting the bow to tune at 61-62 lbs the 350 maxxima spine would be better. or 250's with 125 grain tips

for a true 29" DL you will need to be in the #4 setting

I really like the full metal jacket arrows in 400 spine on my 60 lb Elite GTO with my 29.5 dl. I shoot 100 gr Slicktrick broad heads and they have performed well. The FMJ are 10.2 gr per inch. Cut at 29" with 100 bh,knock, and fletching gives me a 437 gr hunting arrow. I have some 340 spine fmj they are little stiffer at 11.3 grn per inch and weigh in at 473 gr with the same specs as above.

I'd say something in the 400 spine at 60#. All other stuff, as Smart says, is personal preference.

found out this Synergy is right at 50#"s, I got a box of redhead Carbon fury's with Blazer vanes 4560's, Rage 100's, 100g field points, bow wax, G5 hunter peep and a D-loop added. ran out of money for a target tho what an idiot!!
