Different set-ups?

Getting back into bow hunting. So I have a couple questions.
1. Is there any difference in a deer set up, and a hog set up?
2. What is a good cheaper bow? Looking between 250-350, ready to hunt.
3. Mechanical or fixed broadheads for hogs and deer?
