I have been trying alot of releases lately and was wondering if anyone knew the difference Beast and Beast 2 and if anyone recommends a better release than them. I really like the comfort and quickness of the Beast 2. Also any ideas on what the best release would be for my 13year old daughter who is just getting started. She liked the Beast 2 and the Mongoose by Scott....Thanks for any kind of help..

I got he Beast last month and love it. The difference is the Beast has a straight trigger, the Beast II has a swept back trigger. I have used a Scott Caliber, Spot Hogg Saturday Night Special, Carter Chocolate. I like the Beast above all of these. Moves my hand forward. Allows me to get the string closer to my face. I also like that it is on a rigid arm and that I can tuck the release back under my sleeve cuff out of the way. -
