What kind of arrows? Does it affect the flight of the arrow?

I would either take em back or glue the nocks in just depends on if you ever want to take them out.

Push the nock thru a plastic bag as you put them in the shaft.
This should tighten them up, then cut off excess plastic.

I had the same problem a while back , I just took some super glue to mine. Worked like a charm.

I would not do the glue but the plastic will be easy to replace. The real cause ie the serving on the string is to large. you should first change the serving, probably drop to a .018 size serving. I usually do this with every new bow or new string.

Yes this is a great tip, but you should not have to retro fit something that is new. The nocks that came with the arrows are obviously the wrong size. take them back and they should get you the right nocks, take the plastic out first to prove your case.
