    Going to tha Bow Shop

Going to sneek out of work this afternoon over to West Houson Archery, haven't been there yet, need some new arrows. Do you think it's a little crazy with the opener less than a week away to invest in a new sight as well.
I guess I'm wondering how busy they will be opening weekend and whether someone there has time to help me tune it in, thanks

If you go during the week during normal working hours, I dont' think they would be that busy, but they may be doing other projects for customers who dropped their bow off.

If you are shooting well with your current site then I wouldn't change until after the season. I got a new site 1 month ago. Spent 2 hours sighting it in then shot 3D the next day. Got the lowest score I had gotten all year. Practiced for another week then my scores were back where they should be

I would not go and change things up this close to opening day.
Now if you just have to you, can get a rough measurement from the top of the arrow to the 20yd pin etc and this will help out and when i say top of the arrow that means having an arrow loaded and using tha to measure from.

I think I'll for sure wait till after this weekend on the new site. it'll be a month or so before I get to hunt again. But I'll be getting some new arrows, as thats a neccesity, whats everybody still liking for vanes, 2" blazers? time to get rid of these bent up 4" vanes I got now, thanks

Personaly I don't care for the blazers. I still stick to the old 4 inch vanes.
