Sight question for person with impaired vision

I have a friend whose right eye was damaged in an accident and it his vision is corrected greatly with glasses. He currently uses an older 3 pin sight and his aiming spot is blurred when he shoots to the point where is aiming at an area instead of a spot. Does anyone have any suggestions for a different setup or new sight that will help cure his dilema. Thanks in advance for your input.

Learn to shoot with his "off" hand, and use his good eye.

Have an offset mount made for his bow that will hold a 3 power long eye relief pistol scope or a red dot scope. The off set will allow him to shot right handed with his left eye. He will have to remember that the dot or crosshairs must be held to the left of target by the distance of the offset. It is just like setting up a side mount scope on an old 30-30 lever action. Ideas below
