string supressor rubber butt problem

the rubber butt on my string surpressor keeps flying off after every few shotts can i super glue this thing on ?

I had the same problem with mine and come to find out the string on release would hit just off center push past it and when it came back it was pulling it off. I centered it up and tuned the bow and never had the problem again.

Just a thought.
