bow sight in

I am sighting in a bow for the first time. I am very familiar with sighting in a gun but with a bow new to the sport. Friend of mine said to chase your arrow with the pin. In other words if the arrow goes to the left move your pin that way. Is it that easy or any advise?

Yup - chase the arrow.

yup. Only do one adjustment at a time. i.e., if you're low and left, move your pin left then shoot again. Then move pins down, shoot again. Tiny adjustments each time.. Once set at 20 yards (if that's the yardage you want for your top pin), then go to 30, or whatever you want your next yardage pin to be set at.
