    Arrow selection

I'm trying to figure out the best method for correct arrow selection. I have used the trial versions of both ontarget2 and TAP the archery program with both giving different results. I love the idea of using the software but am unsure in their accuracy. I've had 3 different bow shops tell me three different things. I just need some way of determining the correct spine for my setup.

The goal is to shoot an arrow that i can shoot both 3d and hunt with. max speed but with more importance on correct tuning. I shoot a reezen 6.5 at 29" and 70-72 lbs.

Everyone thinks I'm way off but I'm shooting beman ics hunter 300 cut to 29" w/ 100 gr points.

Current setup shows slightly stiff spine on both programs. I've been told I should shoot 340 or 400 spine but both show as too weak for my setup. Maybe I'm doing something wrong.

A .340 spine will shoot good, and you should be able to cut your arrow down some.
I don't think the .400 spine shaft will be stiff enough.
