well i bought my qad ultra rest pro hd yesterday messed up 4 of my arrows fletchings not too happy bout that. dont trust the guys at bass pro. they have no clue what they're doing. but now i got it set up right myself and its working great. dont think ill ever be changing to a different rest. next purchase... spot hogg sights.

I agree with you on the bass pro thing. I won't let those guys touch my bow. Glad to hear you got the rest up and going. Drop-aways make a world of difference IMO. -

i think they draw straws on which department they'll be working that day. (ie shoes, clothing, archery.......)based on my last exp. @ bass pro.Comment

man i was so disappointed just with the customer service i waited an hr just to talk to a guy then expecting him to know what he was doing he had to read the directions 20 times then still messed it up and didnt even know where to put the felt! embarrassing!Comment
