    Finally broke down and did it....

    Added a string loop to my rig. I have talked with a ton of folks and read a pile of articles about these little strings. I could never wrap my head around adding something else that could fail(come untied or break) at that critical moment.

    After adding the loop and re-adjusting a few things I was once again shaveing fletchings off arrows.

    Now I just gotta make sure I have some extra loop material in my tackle box!

    In the long run you'll be happy with it Forrest.
    Took me a while to get use to it too,but then again I shot fingers for over 30 years.
    BTW-I found a road feeder,thanks for your time on that.

      Yea I just added a loop for the first time to mine, but it was out of necessity. I have a really good case of target panic and bought a Whalen's Hooker release and it can only be shot with a loop. Wasn't hard to get use to hooking the release on becasue there is only 1 way to do it.
