Pretty much all bag targets are good and easy arrow removal... But dont get yellow jacket block for broadheads. I have 1 and arrow removal is so hard that my inserts are coming off inside target with broadhead attached. Needless to say i will never buy a yellow jacket target again. Dont let those commercials fool you..

It is a good target, stopped arrows very well, nothing close to a pass through, but the covers lasted less than a year before they flaked apart. Now they the replacement covers for sale.

I just went to the website, and the replacement covers are "free" just pay shipping $12.95, before it was $25. I am much happier with bulldog now.

i bought the small block 4x4 last spring and had it shot out in about 4 months. All 4 sides now have gaping holes where the foam has been shot out. I had to stick a ratchet strap around it to try and stop my arrows. I now have it set up with a cheap foam target right behind it and then a square bale behind that...arrows still make it all the way into hay

anyone had a similar experience with block? my old block, the original is still holding up after about 6 years. But it stays at the lease.

How does yellow jacket compare to block?

I bought the Morrell Bone Collector MLT-1 Field Point Target (24"x24"x14" 29lbs) a month or so back from Academy as they were on sale for 33$, normally $54. Must have been getting rid of them for some reason at that price. It is a great field point Bag target.

or just buy one of the empty bags and fill it with old towels and t-shirts. it'll be the best thing you ever did. get rid of old clothes and get a great target with easy removal

I have almost 4 years on one Academy cheap bag shooting 3-4 nights a week... Field points only though.....none of the bags will hold up to broadheads....plus you thought getting your broadheads out of the box target was hard.....getting a broadhead out of a bag is a chore.
