Need an index finger release for a kiddo

What release are your kiddos using?? Looking for one for my 5 year old.

My seven yr old is using an old hha release. I just took it all the way in....works for him just fine. My five yr old boy shoots fingers due to the draw lenght......even with fingers he draws to his ear. Lol

Look at some of the Scotts' like little bitty goose, they will adjust down short and trigger can be set for long travel for safety. get the buckle type.

I was looking at that release this AM online. I probably could use a leather punch to make it fit her wrist

If you have an old backup release laying around you may be able to modify it. When my sons were small I did that with an old Cobra release I didnt use anymore. The release head was connected to the strap with a thin piece of all-thread in a rubber sleeve. I just took it apart and cut off an inch or two to shorten it. Worked great.

            release

My 6 yo uses the lil bitty goose. Though the velcro style works well for him.

Allen makes one that looks like the Patriot Jr. but sells for less. Tru Fire has the new Elite in a small size. Winn Free Flight makes one that resemblies a gun tringger. Cobra also makes one in a Jr. If price is a concern go with Allen than Patriot....

My son is 5 years old and he uses the Cobra Jr. He is on the smaller size for his age and the release fits very well. I think I paid 19$ for it at BPS.

                          Little Bitty Goose

My son is six, and he uses a Scott Little Bitty Goose. It is a little pricey, but it is very easy to use and highly adjustable. Worth the money spent at BP.
