I've been using a boomless for several years. What I have learned is to dilute the concentration of the mix and do a slower pass. Same amount of chemical makes it to the plant, but the coverage is improved. If I had a larger operation, I would change to a boom sprayer that is not affected by wind as much as the boomless sprayers are.

Do yourself a favor and spray on a calm day.
