Gentlemen, I have some questions for a Cable or Satellite TV installer. My house has three televisions hooked up to Dish Network. Master bedroom and living room piggyback off of same box. I have a single dish that all lines are tied into.
Son's room has its own box. In son's room I seem to be getting all channels other than HD channels. Called dish and did diagnostics with a lady I could barely understand. 2 of the 3 satellites on the system check are showing red instead of green. Can't understand why it could be a satellite issue if it's working fine in two of the three rooms. Any help would be great. We did notice this after a really good rain event. So I am thinking possible water infiltration. Any advice would be helpful.
