            Gas Tank Leak

One method we use all the time on the Haz mat team is use the metal ac duct tape and then 5 minute epoxy we ust his all the time on 18 wheelers

Sheet metal screw with rubber washer is my choice. Fast and easy.

There is a plastic welding process, look it up on the web. If the hole is on a flat part of the tank, I'd go with the sheet metal screw/plastic washer/ generous amount of automotive silicone thats fuel resistant.

JB Quick is much faster drying that JB Weld, and very strong.

It's a great product. I used the JB Quick to modify the shape and rear sight on my XD to what I wanted, and painted it black and you can't tell. It has not come off (yet I hope).

Just don't try to weld the hole closed.

If you choose to hot air weld it, make sure to purge with Nitrogen, CO2 or some other inert gas....could flash on ya!
