Cabinets are in, light fixtures and mini splits are up. Countertops this week and hooking the sinks, toilet and shower up this weekend. We’ll call it done. Lol

Looking good. I would put a chain and lock on the other side of the gate too where the gate sits on the hinges. Those gates are easy to take off the hinges

Yes sir. Temporary gate. My neighbor across the road from me keeps a good eye on my place, and he’s very good with a gun!![emoji23]

Each room has its own unit. Bedrooms has 9,000 btu. Living/kitchen area 18,000 btu. So far doing very well. I’m very pleased with them.
