This is where we are now with a temporary cattle fence. We plan to build a large deck in between for covered outdoor space. Since these containers are not considered permanent structures, we hope to be tax-free.

The containers maybe but they will try to get you for the shade structure i would imagine... our County sent me paperwok for taxes due for having mobile rental units behind my barn, apparently they thought i was running a storage place for $$$ , nope just storing my own chit
