    I also made my own out of galvanized flashing and I even had a factory one for a template but it wasn't very good quality because of the thin metal and it cost me more by the time I bought some tin snips and the flashing. Look at bOSS buck they look to be good quality stamped out of a solid piece and ready to go

      I don't bother with the funnel--my feeders are crank-ups and once a year, I run them empty, lower them, and dump the dust, bugs, etc. Pound on the bottom a bit to clean 'em good, and good to go for another year.

        Expanding foam sprayed around the inside edge and form it with a piece of cardboard
        Ain't purty but works fine and cheap one can will do

          I've done this for road feeders. It works. Never got to the sophistociation of forming with cardboard. Just shot it in there and trimmed a little when it hardened.

            that sounds like something this ole cheap ******* can appreciate. got 3 barrels and a can of foam sitting out there just waiting to be used. thanks.
