Been putting off replacing the carpet in the well.....started tearing it out then had an epiphany.....dye it......it's in good shape, etc.....save a huge hassle....nothing to lose anyway.....man, it turned out great.....almost looks new.....you can see the old color in the underseat storage box..... unbelievable change and eliminated the need for a pretty big job.....

Pic..... the discoloration is dirt I drug in the boat climbing in and out.....color is perfect...gotta recarpet the part I tore out (prior to the epiphany), paint the console and the underside of the hull, and I'm finally finished....

Hopefully this'll inspire somebody else that they can do it to their boat....if I can they CAN....

Ordered the paint for the hull yesterday....should be here in a couple of days.....then give er hell for a solid day to the finish line....
