Decided to build a walk-in cooler for the lease. I insulated the floor, walls, and ceiling with 3” solid foam board the went over that with 1/2 silver foam insulation board. I bought a coolbot and hooked it up to a 5000 btu air conditioner.
I built the floor on skids and used hardware cloth to keep the mice out of the insulation.

Then I built brackets so I can pull it up on the trailer. The brackets are in front and back so I can pull it either way.

I welded a chain to a pipe so I can hook into the brackets I built.

I built the walls and insulated them with the same 3” thick foam board insulation.

I added metal corner trim and started lining the inside with the 1/2” foam board insulation.

I built the door and painted the exterior.

Installed the electrical on the exterior and LED light on the interior to keep heat down.

All that is left to do is install the TPO roof. I have tested it and had the temperature down to 38 degrees inside.
