    For sure. I live down in Deep South tx and I know the big ranches down here like the El Sauz do not take “accidentally” being on their land lightly.

    Make sure you know where you’re at and don’t step in private property AT ALL

      All of those ranches have the local sheriff officers or game wardens living on the ranches. They give them free housing..... I've never understood hunting the flats like that, nilgai is one of the cheapest animals to hunt in south Texas. For $1,000-$2,000 you can go an outfitted hunt and actually enjoy your time. Plus when you kill one, you can pull the truck to it and load it up. You don't have to quarter it up, walk miles across sand, or all the other hassle of packing a bull out.
