Half pallet wall turned into a full pallet wall

At first I sent my wife this pic, saying “I’m doing something new in the office.”

She was of course ticked! “Why in hellz are you painting it black?! You better have it fixed before I get home!!!” I then sent her this pic and was gonna add a chair rail to separate it.

Neither one of us liked that so we ended up with this and love it! Before and after painting the walls.

Locate the studs, pop a line, and finish nail'em....or that's how I'd do it.
