    Another Camp House

Just thought I would post this, although I would change a few things after viewing the other threads here. We built this camphouse about 4 years ago. It is 10'x30' with full bathroom. One big downfall is that we built it on skids, sure wish we would have thought about the trailer house frame. It is a pain in the butt to move. I don't have any pics of the construction phase just a few of the finished project.

Yeah if you don't mind sharing I'd love to know a ball park figure of about how much that cost you in materials to build.

                        dual AC is pretty kickin'

My only thought/concern would be somebody breaking in. I guess the trick is to not leave the "good stuff" in there.

                        Very nice!

Must be nice to have a dry and comfortable place to rest, esp. with knowledge that you built it yourself.

Well, Chase is 1/3 owner of the thing he know how much it cost. We got all of the plumbing fixtures (shower, toilet, sinks) free. The skids that it is mounted on were also free. Otherwise we had to buy most everything else. Probably have about $4500 in it. We built this before we really had any knowledge of building things other than deer stands. Since then we have built 2 houses so we could probably do it a lot cheaper knowing what we know now.
