We got a few off of caddo a few weeks ago but it turned to cold and they went back down. Weather hasn't got right yet to really wear em out. Few more weeks and it should be great.

I fried some of them up the other night breaded lightly with corn meal then added a Louisiana rub to a few and Lemmon pepper rub to the others.
Going to try buffalo sauce next like hot wings.
