Dang that is slick! I have a couple questions. Are you going to insulate? If you don't mind how much did all the metal cost?
We will probably insulate it, we have a couple ideas, just haven't decided which route to go.
Not sure on the metal cost, it all came out of his sheetmetal shop.
The only out of pocket expense we have on the blind is the windows, wood, paint, and door hardware. ~$300 total
Unless it falls, that sucker will last a while. Foam board glued to the walls, carpet on the floor and a couple feet up the sides would be a good idea IMO.

It shouldn't fall, it will be bolted down to heavy metal base, 5'x9'. I can't remember the exact height of the base but eye level will end up about 7'
We will carpet the floor for sure.
Foam board for insulation is one option we're looking at, we're also looking at possibly using armaflex.
If you dont mind me asking how did you make the sheets?
Cut Pieces of sheet metal the size of the panel we wanted, ex. 4x6, 6x6. (You can also use plywood) Put a good coat of wax on it. Lay the fiber material down on it, pour the resin on it and spread it around until all the fiber is covered. Let it harden, trim the edges and peel the fiberglass sheet from the sheetmetal.
