        .

Don't know if this helps any. The plumbers had plenty of room to get under it and do their thing. One side is blocked up way higher than the other because it's on a slope.

Don't forget to properly slope your black water lines to the septic. Steeper is not better - I'll let a real plumber speak up but generally 1/4" drop per foot is acceptable by code.

I'd make a simple sketch and post it up - get some help sizing your pipes, vents, etc.

A small cabin shouldn't take long for someone to help size to code - even if you're not in a permit zone, it's a good idea to meet the code because it'll ensure everything works safely/properly.

On a side note after you get your building plumbed and finished, under pen or seal it some way or another, for some reason skunks, possums, and stray cats think they make good homesteads. Just fished a skunk out from under one of my outbuildings, you can get dangerously close when you come wandering outside in the dark.

Post a sketch and I can draw you some plumbing plans and keep it simple for you.

put the building on blocks . you will have to vent the toilet, lav, and shower. this can be done with one vent out the roof, and it dosent have to be 3 feet above the roof. just make shure your lav pipe coming off your main line is between your toilet and shower and no more than 3 feet from the toilet. pex is great..pm me a drawing of your batthroom and ill send you back a drawing how to plumb it .

Thanks. I appreciate it. Will try to do a drawing tomorrow. We haven't even purchased the building yet but it will be soon.

Here's a 6th grade rough sketch. THe only thing I'm not sure about is placement of the sink (can't visualize how it looks) and placement of the water heater. I may have to build something outside on the back wall for the water heater to save space inside.

Bobby, I hunt in Leon county as well and I would say put that thing on blocks if for no other reason than to get it off the ground and help keep out the termites and make it easier to spray under for bugs. Also I know they are a little more expensive but the on demand hot water heaters don't take up much space and work pretty well.

                                Plumbing

Chew, look up Saniflo. They have toilet that discharges out the back so you can discharge throw the wall and not have worry about matching up fittings under the floor. Brad
