It worked and the RB did flow out. Only problem is it only lasted 3 days.

They make a feeder that has a timer and has an auger in the bottom. The motor sets in the top and shafts runs through the middle. I got it from academy. I think it was wildlife innovation. Lee and Tiffany name on it.
