    How big is the motor on the meat saw? you could replace it with a single phase if motor is small. I do not know what this would do to your controls. You need to look at the name plate on the old motor and see what voltage it is now.

      Here is the tag on the motor. I thought about that and I don't guess it would matter. It has a Hobart motor.
