Black landscape fabric behind the mesh works too. Just did a setup like that this weekend.

        Tripod camo

Built mine from 4'x8' concrete wire (light weight) built to fit over my tripod top, then covered it with the woven weed barrier, and then leafy camo all zip tied to it, then wired the whole thing to the top of my tripod. Deer never even look up at me.

Good work on that! Looks like it turned out real nice.

Might want to swap those tie wraps with hose clamps.

...cut the burlap to fit and attached it to the conduit frame with zip ties (to be replaced with hose clamps ASAP)...

              Already dunnit

That should work. Make sure to anchor the stand so wind doesn't blow it over.

I need to do this. I have this one smart old doe that I've been playing cat and mouse with for 2 seasons now. I moved my tripod back up the trail at least 40 yards. When she came down the trail she looked right at me and did a double back flip to get out of there!! She never winded me, she's smart!!!

I use it on all my stands and it works great and also serves as a wind break without having to use metal or wooden sides. Just a cheap suggestion that works great and is still attached with cable ties
Can you post some pics? I'm thinking to do this during the off season. How do you connect the silt fence & burlap? small cut & zip ties? Thanks!

Curious if you could attach some shoot through mesh or window screens to have it completely blacked out too
