                  Doc, did you run a support 'brace' from the middle of the ladder to the tree, like you see on the store bought stands these days, or was your tubing sturdy enough to not need it?

                      I was planning on it but it turned out not to need it....it's a little heavier than the ones at Academy.

                                dr. death you must have some really good friends if you can talk them into climbing into a tree stand to see if it holds. 350lbs falls the same speed as 200 but hits a lot harder
